Best for riders between 5'4''-6'4'' in height.

Our A1 weight limit is 330 lbs, that’s about 150kg. H7 weight limit is 264.5lbs, that's about 120kg.

The A1 can reach 35MPH in off-road mode with a 2500W peak hub motor output. The H7 can reach 28MPH with a 500W mid-drive motor.

The pro have a bigger battery - the A1 pro has a 1920 Wh battery and the standard only has 960 Wh. The pro also has a belt drive rather than a chain for less maintenance. And color display. The H7 XC (the pro version) is 500W.

The A1 has a 1920 Wh removable battery - good for an 80-150 mile range from padel assist. The H7 has a 960 Wh removable battery - good for 50-125 mile range.

The A1 pro retails for $3,499 ($2,999 now for Black Friday sales). The standard retails for $2,499($2,099now for Black Friday sales). Main difference between the standard is different battery capacity, range and a chain drive instead of a belt drive, 5.5" full color display. The H7 XC will retail for $3,999($2,999 now for Black Friday sales). The standard will be significantly lower. You can also join our FB group for chances to win major discounts.

The A1 battery is charged in 8-10 hours or 6-8 hours with our battery expansion pack. The H7 charges in about 4 hours.

We have 2 available colors. A1 Pro-Space Orange and Moon Silver and A1 Standard Moon Silver. H7-Black & orange, White.

Yes, battery can be locked by a mechanical lock. And also, you can downlaod and use the "Async bike" App to configure the Electronic Lock for your bike. This added security feature will greatly reduce the risk of theft. Once this is done, your bike can not be started without unlocking it through the App on your smartphone. Bike has a six-axis gyroscope, while your bike is improperly moved, tipped, or shaken, it will detect those scenes. Asyncbike App will send you notifications, and also you can find the latest location of the bike by using "Find my bike".

Yes! We work with dealers across the US and have repair service centers / warehouses as well. We are new and still getting that setup.

The A1 Pro weighs 123lbs with the battery (about 20 lbs) The H7 has a carbon fibre frame and handlebars that weigh less than 7 lbs. The bike total weighs about 56lbs with the 500W motor and battery.

Unfortunately, the bike is not fully assembled. However, on the box itself, we will include a manual which is easy to follow on how to assemble the bike.

Yes! Both bikes' main parts are IPX7 waterproof and have built in battery management systems.

Yes it can be pedaled like the classic bike.

Yes it does have a GPS Tracker. Once you have the bike, it comes along with the ASYNC App. One of the features of the ASYNC App is a tracker to your bike.

In order to provide a better riding experience for every customer. We provide a set of metal fenders which comes with the bike. They are well packed and located at the top of rear wheel. You need to unwrap the bike first before take out the fenders. It enables the battery to charge faster. Also when you connect the Battery Expansion Kit with our Battery, you can use it as a portable power bank(can charge small appliances).

You cannot place the Battery Expansion Kit on the bike itself. But we do offer rear rack as accessory which you can carry the Battery Expansion Kit with you.

Yes, you can use the battery from the A1 to the A1 PRO and vice versa.

There's actually no way to place an extra battery on the bike itself. But we do offer rear rack as accessory which you can carry additional battery with you.

Yes, you can purchase an additional battery to carry with you. But the battery chamber can't contain two batteries at the same time.
