4. PACKING & DELIVERY

We cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed or lost to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
You are acknowledged that any claim of you relative to damage during shipping or delivery should be made directly to the logistics carrier. If there are parcels lost during the shipping process, the report notice should be given by you within 30 days after placing the order, and the logistics carriers will take up to 60 business days to confirm after the delivery process is started. Once logistics carriers confirm, we will refund the order according to the logistics process.
Unless otherwise provided, we will comply only with its minimum packing standards for the method of transportation selected. The cost of all special packing, loading or bracing requested by you(if any)shall be paid by you.

If the silver products are damaged or corroded caused by collisions or friction with hard objects, wearing the silver jewelry when bathing or hot springs etc, we are not responsible for any losses. Thus, the behaviors mentioned above will not be protected by our 30 days return policy.
If parcels get lost due to incomplete information provided by customers, we will not burden any losses. Under this condition, a refund will not be available.
13. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAWS
The validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement, use of our Site and the product purchase contracts through our sites shall be governed by the law of UK.
If the parties fail to settle disputes in good faith, we and each of the parties agree to submit such a dispute to The London Court of International Arbitration (the “LIAC”) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the LIAC arbitration rules. The arbitrary awards are final and binding upon both parties.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in effect.
