Warranty Policy

WARRANTY COVERAGE

We provide a warranty for all ASYNCBIKES, covering manufacturing defects and faults in materials used in the production process. Every  Asyncbike's key parts are covered by a one-year warranty, with the frame and front fork's warranty being five years.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team by email or phone. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will provide you free parts and instructions for repair or replacement. In instances where the issues surpass the scope of DIY repairs, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to arrange the return of your Asyncbike to our designated facility.

WARRANTY EXCLUSION

Our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents. Neither does it cover normal wear and tear, including wear and tear on tires, brake pads, and chains. Any modifications made to the Asyncbike will void the warranty.Any used A1 units will void the warranty.

REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT

If an Asyncbike is found to be covered by the warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to the customer. If the Asyncbike cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new Asyncbike of equal or greater value.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

ASYNC is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, personal injury or property damage, arising from the use of our Asyncbike, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Asyncbike.This warranty policy is subject to change without notice. The terms of the warranty in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
